Optional — AI voice add-on: Prefer callers to get answers by phone? We can add an AI voice line that answers calls, responds from your project documents, and routes to a person when needed. Added on request once your project is live — +$750 one-time setup, then usage-based (typically $50–150/month depending on call volume). Ask us for a quote based on your expected call load.
Two ways to run it
Choose a hosted service or an on-premise deployment. The models and performance are not the same.
We host and monitor the service. Answers typically arrive in seconds; timing varies with the project, network, and service providers.
A local AI model runs on your own computer without internet. Documents, the database, and AI processing stay on that machine during offline use. Compliance requirements must be reviewed for each deployment.
